We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader to head up our Minor Works Team within the County Highways service. This team plays a vital role in delivering Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs), Civil Parking Enforcement schemes, and a range of other minor works projects that keep Warwickshire moving safely and efficiently.
As Team Leader, you will:
1. Lead and support a team of engineers and technicians
2. Oversee the planning and delivery of TROs, parking enforcement schemes, and minor works
3. Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and in line with council policies and statutory requirements
4. Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards of service across the highways network
