About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting people with mental health needs and leading a dedicated team? We’re looking for an experienced Scheme Manager to join our supported housing service at Oxleys Road, a purpose-built scheme of 20 one-bedroom flats designed for individuals living with mental illness.
As Scheme Manager, You’ll
 * Lead and inspire a committed staff team
 * Review and implement support plans using a trauma-informed and psychologically informed approach (PIE)
 * Manage change, including the rollout of our new support planning tool, Nourish
 * Provide outreach support to individuals in the wider community
 * Oversee rota planning, budgets, recruitment, and induction
 * Ensure high standards of care and compliance with PAMMs inspections
This is a hands‑on leadership role where your creativity, resilience, and person‑centred approach will make a real difference.
What We’re Looking For
 * Has experience working in mental health services
 * Understands best practices in supporting individuals with complex needs including autism, personality disorders, and schizophrenia
 * Is confident in multi‑agency working and advocating for service users
 * Can support staff wellbeing and lead by example
 * Is flexible and willing to work occasional weekends
 * Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
