Job Description:
As a Vehicle Handover Specialist, you will be the face of our company during the crucial moment when our customers receive their new vehicles. Your role will involve ensuring a smooth and positive handover experience, addressing any customer inquiries, and providing comprehensive vehicle demonstrations.
Within the business your will have great responsibility ensuring vehicles are being prepared, discussing directly with the workshop management to understand what works are being carried out and time frame for the works. Taking this information and relaying it to customers, managing their expectations whilst providing the best customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough vehicle handovers, ensuring all aspects of the vehicle and its features are clearly explained.
* Build rapport with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the handover process.
* Handling payments.
* Answer customer questions and provide guidance on vehicle operation and maintenance.
* Maintain accurate records of vehicle handovers and customer interactions.
* Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless transition for the customer.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
* Able to deal with day to day administrative tasks.
* Set up warranty for vehicles.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service, automotive sales, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for automobiles and a desire to help customers.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
* Basic maths and literacy skills.
