ER Advisor Location: Southampton - Hybrid (2-3 days in the office ideally but flexible) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Contract: FTC or Permanent option available Are you passionate about employee relations and ready to progress your career to the next level? Our client is searching for an experienced ER Advisor (or an HR Advisor with a strong focus on employee relations) to join their established HR team. What You'll Do: Manage a diverse caseload of employee relations cases from start to finish. Provide expert guidance on UK employment law to ensure compliance and best practices. Provide expert advice to managers on ER issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies. Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and sickness absence cases. Support HR projects and initiatives to promote a positive employee experience. Coach and upskill line managers to handle ER issues effectively and confidently. Ensure all casework is accurately documented and reported. Monitor trends and contribute to continuous improvement of policies and procedures. Foster a supportive and proactive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive workplace culture. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in managing ER casework with confidence and professionalism.
