* Ensure strong record tracking, including critical lease dates, space utilization, and performance, handling, and tracking of insurance renewals and due diligence, etc.
* Ensure real estate decisions support an integrated employee experience beginning at the site selection phase, working closely with the Workplace team as a strategic partner
* Co‑work and collaborate with the Real Estate Lead – US

Qualifications

* Strong technical skills (automations, messaging platforms, project management tools)
* Proven track record leading complex fit‑out projects end‑to‑end
* Demonstrated success negotiating commercial lease terms and managing large project budgets
* Deep understanding of global commercial real estate markets, ideally within the financial industry
* Experience working with senior stakeholders in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments
* Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and networking systems
* Strong project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to operate autonomously while driving consensus‑driven decisions to resolution
