Job Description
Customer Sales Advisor – Audenshaw depot
This permanent role supports customers throughout their sales journey, responding to enquiries about stairlifts and homelifts, providing product information and demonstrations, and helping customers choose the best solution for their needs. Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Salary £25,500 plus OTE £33,000.
Customer Sales Advisor Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, webchat and live video communication
* Support customers throughout the sales process from enquiry to completion
* Provide online demonstrations of stairlift and homelift products
* Record customer interactions accurately on the company system
* Build rapport with customers and identify the best solution for their needs
Qualifications

* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Friendly, empathetic and positive approach to customer service
* Ability to work towards targets and achieve results
* Willingness to learn technical product knowledge and complete training
* Strong teamwork and relationship‑building skills
