You'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, resolving queries efficiently, and supporting the wider finance team with reporting and reconciliation tasks.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

* Monitor and manage outstanding debts
* Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and letter
* Allocate payments and reconcile accounts
* Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity
* Liaise with internal departments and external clients to resolve queries
* Prepare reports on debtor status and escalate issues where necessary
