We operate at the top end, for the most discerning clients, in the most demanding and complex environments with the highest stakes, and always with integrity and customer focus About The Role Do you want to own the marketing strategies of two exciting diverse brands covering both B2C and B2B whilst being hands-on? Do you want to develop your skills across the full range of marketing activities including website, social, paid media, events and email giving you both breadth and depth of knowledge? Do you want the opportunity to play a big part in growing 2 exciting brands? We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and passionate Marketing Executive to own and drive forwards the marketing of our Reliance Protect and Reliance Technology Care Solutions brands and solutions, and also support the wider Reliance High-Tech marketing initiatives. Your Responsibilities This key role encompasses: Marketing Strategy * Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. * Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform campaigns and product positioning. * Set and manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI across all activities. Campaign Management * Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, and events). * Collaborate with internal resources and our graphic design team to deliver high-quality content and materials. * Analyse campaign performance, leveraging data to optimize outcomes and ROI. Brand Management * Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. * Responsibility for the management of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets. Digital Marketing & Analytics * Drive the company’s online presence through SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies. * Create and manage social media content, website content and uploads, case studies, blogs, videos and animations. * Monitor and analyse website traffic, social media engagement, and other KPIs, using insights to refine strategies and day to day activities. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement * Working closely with the Sales team, develop customer acquisition strategies to grow the customer base, ensuring alignment of activities. * Develop and manage an ongoing customers comms strategy reinforcing that customer partnership ethos. * Develop and execute strategies with key stakeholders such as charities to drive awareness of the brands and products. Events * Identify and assess the potential ROI for national, regional and industry centric events * Working with the Sales team, plan each event ensuring sufficient collateral, stand management, pre event comms and promotion, lead capture. * Post event lead follow-up and comms. * Track ROI per event to feed into future event presence. Reporting * Track, analyse and report key metrics and performance against KPIs and specific campaign ROI. The lead-gen activities coupled with brand awareness and reinforcement, effective product positioning, and real customer and prospect engagement will drive our success. * Agility Part of our success and continued growth is due to our agility and our ability to make decisions fast Location As a close knit team, we anticipate that you will spend at least 50% of your time working at one of our office locations (Bracknell, Manchester, Pontefract), building relationships and collaboration with your colleagues, intimately understanding and becoming part of our culture. Outside of this depending on location we are able to offer flexibility and support hybrid working. What Are We Looking For? Ideally, you will be educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in a related field such as Marketing or Business Administration with at least 3 years’ marketing experience and proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns. You will relish the opportunity to take the lead on our marketing strategies and be hands-on delivering the marketing activities, developing our marketing capabilities in both B2B and B2C, and playing a key role in driving the continued growth of multiple brands.
