Your Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will: Support the planning and delivery of creative activities tailored to the children's individual needs. Foster the physical, emotional, social, and language development of each child. Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care, including supervising playtime and mealtimes. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for equipment and resources. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, staff, and external agencies. Keep records and support the learning journey of your key children. Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For: Passion & Commitment : A genuine desire to help children grow, learn, and develop. Communication Skills : Ability to connect with children, families, and colleagues. Flexibility : Willing to take on new challenges and adapt in a dynamic setting. Experience : Prior experience is desirable but not essential. We value enthusiasm, initiative, and a love for early childhood education. Qualifications : A Level 3 qualification in childcare is desirable, but not essential. Safeguarding training is required. Why Join Us?
