* Work closely with production teams

* Mechanical & electrical engineering qualifications
* Strong fault-finding & problem-solving skills
* Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs
* Safe working practices & risk assessment knowledge
* Great communication & teamwork
?? Bonus Skills (Desirable)
* TPM or Operator-Led Asset Care experience
* CMMS & Microsoft Office knowledge
* PLC programming
* Lean & continuous improvement mindset
