About the Role As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will work with students who need additional support, either: 1:1 with a specific child, or General classroom support, helping multiple students with additional needs. You'll support learners with a range of special educational needs, which may include Autism (ASD), ADHD, social/emotional needs, or mild learning difficulties. Your goal? To help them feel confident, included and successful every day. What You'll Be Doing Supporting students in lessons, break times and during small‑group work Helping children manage routines, emotions and independence Building positive, trusted relationships with pupils and staff Adapting activities so all learners can participate Creating an encouraging, safe and inclusive environment No experience?
