My client is seek an Interim Systems Project Accountant to lead their organisation through a new system implementation. This is a small but well-functioning team and therefore they need someone who can run this project from the start through to the end. This will include (but is not limited to);
- Going out to market to discover and assess the best options for the organisation
- Running a tender process for potential suppliers
- Contributing to a robust business case for the new system
- System implementation and troubleshooting
-Training end users on the new finance system
Experience required
1. Project management of a Finance System Implementation
2. Deep understanding of Finance Systems and potential issues that may arise during implementation
3. Excellent stakeholder management skills
4. The ability to translate technical IT information into easily digestible information
5. Running the project, including identifying and running a tender process for potential suppliers.
