Location: Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney (Remote)

Overview: PwC Channel Islands offers advisory, tax, audit, and assurance services with 600+ staff across Jersey, Guernsey, and Alderney, part of PwC's global network.
Job Summary:
This role leads the Onboarding team responsible for Client Acceptance risk activities and KYC. You will manage onboarding advisers, support onboarding systems, ensure data quality, and collaborate with KYC teams to meet compliance and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
* Manage first-line support for Client Onboarding activities.
* Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with global teams.
* Participate in global working groups and communicate updates.
* Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
* Train and mentor team members.
* Maintain relationships with stakeholders and external providers.
* Monitor compliance and system access controls.
* Oversee onboarding training for client teams.

Qualifications: None required; relevant ICA or similar preferred.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in client risk management, KYC, AML, and financial regulation.
* Client relationship management skills.
* Data analysis and technological proficiency.
* Problem-solving, prioritization, delegation.
* Team coaching and workflow management.
Desirable: Experience with quality management, client structures, Salesforce, managing cross-jurisdictional teams.
Travel: Between Channel Islands, occasional UK/Europe travel.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrate trusted leadership, empowerment, and delivery behaviors.
