Job Title: Hire Controller (Fixed term - 12 months)
Location: Hull
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 17:00 - 42 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Based in the depot, support on the front line of sales and customer service, coordinating the entire hire process from order taking through to delivery and collection.
* Liaise with every part of the depot and other departments to ensure customer needs are met and service is satisfactory.
* Maintain day-to-day desk-based activity, working with stock teams, drivers and engineers to minimise delays and ensure readily available equipment.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills
* Strong communication skills both verbally & written
* Adaptability
* Commitment to learn and develop
* Driving license
* Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar sales or operational role
* Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
