The ideal candidate will develop relationships and manage inbound enquiries with investors and onboarding qualified individuals to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing sales and negotiation strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

* Strong communication skills, ensuring everyone is communicated with thoroughly and efficiently throughout all processes.
* Positive mindset and upbeat attitude, bringing value to both clients and the sales team.
* Experience within sales is essential, however a positive attitude to picking up the phone and communicating with people is key.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound enquiries (no cold calling required)
* Understand (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
* Efficiently respond to warm leads using all means of communication i.e. telephone, email, and other social medium’s
* Understanding investor objectives, and responding appropriately, by calling new investors to understand their criteria and onboard them as a qualified investor
* Email proposals with in-depth information on the investment opportunities
* Face to face meetings within the UK
* Connecting high net worth individuals and selling properties in the UK market
* Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Close property investment deals to a mix of clients and investors
* Discussing hot / warm sales leads to Manager and Team Leader
* Proactively sell to investors
Basic salary - £27500 + commission = OTE - £40K - £60K
