We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our successful painting business based in Dorset and Hampshire. The role involves carrying out timberwork for customers' properties while ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

The Carpenter Role
* Complete 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works, primarily within residential and public environments.
* Experience in timber care repair, timber replacement and refurbishment to windows, doors, fascias, soffits and rainwater goods.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by providing updates and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales.
What You Will Bring As a Carpenter
* NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or a similar professional qualification.
* Proven experience as a Carpenter/Joiner with demonstrated skills.
* A strong customer‑focused mindset, placing the customer at the heart of all work.
