What You'll Do as Our Shop Manager Raise funds through your store to support retirement villages and community activities for older people. Take full ownership of your shop, using innovative and enterprising ideas to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Lead and mentor a part-time deputy manager, and recruit, train, and inspire a highly motivated team of volunteers. Deliver your sales and profit budget while maintaining excellent merchandising standards. Actively promote ExtraCare's work and impact within your local area. We're Looking for a Shop Manager Who Can: Lead with energy, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach. Deliver results and hit sales targets with creativity and flair. Recruit, train, and inspire a motivated, high-performing team. Spot opportunities to grow donations and drive retail success. Bring retail experience and a proven track record of getting things done.
