We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 3 Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic therapy team, supporting older adults across the West Sussex area. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced and supportive Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, delivering high-quality rehabilitation and reablement services. You will play a key role in supporting therapy interventions, promoting independence, and contributing to the overall wellbeing of our patients.

Main Duties:
To carry out delegated tasks as part of a treatment programme and modifying tasks within a defined range of choices, using clinical judgement
To provide treatment programmes to clients on an individual or group basis.
To report and document variances in a patient's condition or planned pathway of care.
To participate in skill sharing and acquisition of clinical competencies, in line with the competency frameworks.
To maintain high standards of clinical care as defined by the Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.
