Role
Reed Talent Solutions are hiring! We’re looking to recruit an Account Manager to join our Angard Staffing department and support our Service Delivery Team. Reed delivers flexible and contingent workforce solutions into The Royal Mail group exclusively via Angard Staffing. In this role, you’ll work as part of a dynamic delivery team, supporting the efficient delivery of resource into different Royal Mail business areas. The role is initially being offered on a 9-month Fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
* Spend time with the client to help build strong working relationships.
* Work closely with our delivery team to support the achievement of contractually agreed service levels and operational requirements.
* Support with identifying opportunities to grow existing supply.
* Manage the supply chain within the delivery team and external suppliers where required.
* Run regular review meetings with delivery teams and stakeholders, and produce appropriate MI to analyse and inform decision making.
Qualifications & Skills
* Extensive experience in high-volume recruitment industries.
* Demonstrable experience working with high level clients.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
* Experience in recruitment, ideally within a high-volume setting.
* Experience with MI reporting, ideally using Microsoft systems including Power BI and Excel.
