About the Role
This role supports the delivery of complex initiatives by managing projects across their full lifecycle, from initiation through go‑to‑market and product development. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while enabling more proactive, data‑driven ways of working. The role has a strong focus on continuous improvement, governance, and the effective use of automation and AI‑enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Assist the initiative owner with the delivery of assigned projects on schedule, budget and scope.
* Manage all phases of the project through the go‑to‑market/Product Development process.
* Communicate with all stakeholders ensuring project status, schedule variances and mitigation options are clearly articulated.
* Maintain project documentation as appropriate – Project Initiation Documentation, Communication Plans, Delivery plans, etc.
* Manage any project changes through change‑control processes.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimise impact on delivery.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
* Lead cross‑functional project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programmes.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in high‑pressure situations.
* Exceptional leadership and team‑management capabilities.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a bonus.
* Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
