Responsibilities
* Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and planting to ensure aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently.
* Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
* Assist in the installation and repair of irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth.
* Collaborate with team members on construction projects related to landscaping and gardening.
* Monitor plant health and implement appropriate horticultural practices to maintain vibrant landscapes.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools effectively.
* Experience with excavators or similar machinery is advantageous.
* Familiarity with irrigation systems and horticultural practices is desirable.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
