Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role is well suited to a graduate or junior candidate looking to build experience in recruitment, HR systems and process improvement within a professional services environment.
The role will play an important supporting part in the implementation and embedding of our new recruitment system, PageUp. Alongside day-to-day recruitment administration, the successful candidate will support several defined projects, including building intern recruitment processes for Singapore and Paris, helping to create more consistent job descriptions and job adverts, and supporting the testing and documentation of new interview scheduling processes within the system.
This is a hands-on role offering excellent exposure to recruitment operations, systems implementation and international working practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment system support (PageUp)
o Support the rollout and day-to-day use of the PageUp recruitment system.
o Assist with testing new system functionality, including interview scheduling workflows.
o Help document recruitment processes and system steps to support consistent ways of working.
o Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers using the system, escalating issues where needed.
* Project support
o Assist with building and documenting intern recruitment processes within PageUp for Singapore and Paris, under guidance from the wider HR / Recruitment team.
o Help create and maintain standardised job description and job advert templates.
o Support the testing and rollout of new recruitment processes, ensuring changes are clearly documented.
* Recruitment administration
o Provide general administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle, including vacancy setup, candidate tracking and system updates.
o Help ensure recruitment data within PageUp is accurate and up to date.
o Support basic recruitment reporting and information requests as required.
* Stakeholder support
o Work closely with the Recruitment and HR teams and provide responsive support to hiring managers.
o Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders, supporting adoption of new processes and systems.

Skills & experience
* Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
* Confidence using systems and technology, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive and reliable approach to work.
Desirable
* Some previous experience in an HR, recruitment, administrative or office-based role (including internships, placements or part-time roles).
* Interest in recruitment, HR systems or process improvement.
* Experience using databases or HR systems (ATS exposure beneficial but not essential).
