We are partners with several of the world’s leading instrumentation providers including ABB, WIKA and Flexim. This Internal Sales Assistant role will ideally suit someone who enjoys a team focused role, is customer focused and willing to learn. Responsibilities include: * Order processing and procurement * Working with sales team to support customer responses * Supporting customer enquires received by email and telephone ensuring a speedy resolution is provided with an excellent level of customer service * Preparing customer quotations accurately and efficiently ensuring excellent customer experience * Proactively following up on all issued quotes * Initially working with ones of our key partners covering a specific area in the business Experience: * Previous industry experience (advantageous but not essential) * Strong organisational and ability to manage conflicting priorities * Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Excellent customer service skills and ability to build effective relationships * Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and good numeracy skills Company benefits: * 33 days holidays inclusive of statutory days * Birthday holiday * Health care plan * Employee Assistance Programme * Enhanced pension scheme * Discretionary bonus scheme * Bike to work scheme * Electric car scheme
