Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership sales goals and daily operations.
* Drive studio revenue through proactive lead generation, follow-up, and membership conversions.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming members, answering enquiries, and providing studio tours.
* Assist in planning and executing local marketing and community events to grow brand awareness.
* Ensure high standards of studio presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
* Maintain accurate records in the sales and booking system (training provided).
* Motivate and inspire studio staff to hit performance targets and embody the Club Pilates culture.
Requirements:
* Previous sales experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail sales preferred).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay organized.
* Confident using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to close sales.
* Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
