ABOUT US
Set up by a former foster parent and former social worker, Foster Care Associates (FCA) is an established fostering agency which is part of Polaris Community, one of the UK’s largest communities of children’s service providers.
The business was founded out of a passion for delivering fostering services to positively impact the lives of looked after children. Our first office was in Worcestershire, where our Head Office remains today.
Over the years, FCA has built a reputation for excellence and offers a wide range of services to children and families. Our core purpose is to make a positive and lasting difference for children, families, and communities, guided by values that help children and young people reach their full potential.
We are one of the country’s largest and most experienced independent fostering agencies. Despite our size, we maintain a personal approach, supporting every child and foster parent around the clock.
