Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:00)
Pay Rate: £21- £22 per hour

Cromwell Medical Staffing is currently recruiting an experienced Band 5 Community Nurse (RGN) to join the Chalfonts & Gerrards Cross Hospital based in Slough.

Must be competent in –
* Dressings / Wound management
* Pressure ulcer care
* Catheter (male and female)

Requirements
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
* Proven Band 5 experience in community setting
* Experience in Dressings / Wound management, Venepuncture, Pressure ulcer care, Catheter (male and female)
* Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* Up-to-date mandatory training and compliance
* Available to start ASAP
