Customer Service Advisor - Full-Time - Bristol Based

The Role:
You will be joining our vibrant and successful Customer Service team based in our warehouse in Avonmouth. You'll be dealing with queries and issues with customers and products who have made contact with you. We've built an amazing portfolio of the best pool tables, arcade machines, jukeboxes, shuffleboards and other games room must haves in the world so the queries can vary from the simple to the complex. We supply the pool tables and table tennis tables for live competitions on Sky TV and are exclusive UK retailers of the top brands in the industry. Ensuring the highest quality of product across every range we have is one of our core values.
Customers come through to us by phone, live chat or email so there is no face to face customer service required. The Customer Service team wear a number of hats so you'll be expected to pitch in with other admin jobs and responsibilities as your skill and knowledge grow.
You will be fully trained by our team on how to resolve queries and issues with customers often using out of the box methods to keep our customers happy. We don't expect you to be an expert when you start There is a lot to learn about these specialist products, so we will spend hours training you on everything you need to know. Then you will be an expert.
You will take time to understand your customer's problem, then you can present the customer with a solution or a number of solutions and explain the reasoning or benefits.features and benefits of our incredible range. Our customers are both buying for themselves for their own homes, but also businesses fitting out company games rooms, student accommodation, pubs, bars, holiday parks, bowling alleys etc.

Skills and experience you must have:
* Be articulate and able to speak clearly and with confidence
* Be able to think on your feet and problem solve
* Deal with potentially unhappy customers to bring the situation to a satisfactory resolution
* Comfortable with using computer software to manage phone calls, recording customer issues on our system, reading spreadsheets with stock information, and compose well written, empathatic emails.
Additional skills that would be beneficial:
* Track record of customer service in a similar environment.
* Experience of using the products we sell
* Experience using Apple Macs, and SalesForce and/or other CRM systems

Working Days/Hours:
This is based on working a 40 hour week, starting at 8:30 am, finishing at 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
