Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
* Ensure daily Risk Proof records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Assist with Fire Life Safety and water life safety record keeping.
* Work with the Engineering Manager to ensure all COSHH and Health & Safety records are current for audit purposes.
* Assist in the property’s work management system to ensure allocation of jobs within the Engineering team. To monitor completion of all scheduled tasks.
* Order necessary equipment, tools and uniform required by the on-property Engineering function to include processing of invoices.
* Undertake administrative work to support ongoing and upcoming project works.
* Oversee the department statutory training records to ensure monthly compliance.
* Ensure all work practices adhere to company and statutory legislation with due diligence at all times.
* Ensure all work is carried out to a consistently high standard.
Safety and Company Policies:
* Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
* Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
* Complete safety training and certifications.
* Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
* Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
* Support the team to reach common goals.
