Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Fort William, Drymen, and Kirkwall. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating and executing menu plans, managing food costs, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and leading the culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
Qualifications
* Culinary Arts, Menu Planning, and Food Cost Management skills
* Experience in leading and managing culinary teams
* Knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards and food safety regulations
* Creative and innovative approach to menu development
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
* Culinary degree or relevant certification
Salary Range is within £35,000 to £40,000 per annum.
Interview will be held at short notice.
Staff accommodation is available for single candidates.
