The Onsite Consultant is responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination of agency workers at the client’s site. Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the agency, you will ensure smooth workforce operations, accurate system updates, and excellent candidate support. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage queries and issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Coordination
* Book in candidates for shifts in line with client requirements.
* Manage daily attendance and ensure adequate staffing levels.
* Record and manually input no-shows, sickness, and absences onto the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
* Monitor timekeeping and escalate concerns where necessary.
Candidate Support
* Act as the first point of contact for all onsite agency workers.
* Handle pay queries and resolve issues efficiently, liaising with payroll where required.
* Provide clear communication regarding shifts, expectations, and site updates.
Client Relationship Management
* Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the agency.
* Communicate staffing updates, operational challenges, and performance feedback.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives.
Compliance & Administration
* Conduct onsite inductions for new starters, ensuring all compliance documentation is completed.
* Complete and submit incident and accident reports accurately and promptly.
* Ensure all records are up to date and compliant with company and client policies.
* Maintain accurate data entry within the CRM system.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Previous experience in recruitment, onsite coordination, or workforce management.
* Strong administrative and data entry skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Confident handling sensitive information and resolving queries.
Desirable:
* Experience working with a CRM or recruitment system.
* Knowledge of payroll processes.
* Experience working within fast-paced environments (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, warehousing).
