We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department here at Alan Kerr Limited.
Your role will include:-
* Providing the workshop staff with parts required
* Ordering various parts from a number of suppliers
* Liaising with all departments within the business
* Inputting stock onto our inhouse system
* Assist customers with parts enquiries
You will need to:-
* Hold a full, clean UK Driving Licence
* Have good time keeping skills
* Be presentable
* Good customer service skills
* Have a good telephone manner
* Be able to work on your own and as part of a team
* Be able to organise your day and the tasks ahead to complete tasks within a timely manner
* Be computer literate
Your working hours will be 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday 8:30-12:30 worked on a rota basis within the department. Any overtime is paid at time-and-a-half. You are entitled to an hour lunch break during week days (when 6 or more hours are worked).
