Your new role As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing a busy production line to ensure operational efficiency and output targets are achieved. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team on the shop floor, ensuring that performance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.This is a hands-on role within a dynamic production environment, where you may be required to step in and support the line when necessary. Working Monday to Friday (07:00 - 18:00), you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and drive productivity across your shift. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this position, you will ideally have experience supervising teams within a manufacturing or food production environment. You will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with a proactive and flexible approach.
