Residential Team Leader
Salary: £15.08 per hour
Working Hours: Bank Contract As/When needed in service
Location: Prestemede
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of residential care staff, ensuring high standards of care for service users.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the Line Manager.
* Write care plans and maintain accurate records.
* Follow guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure safe, person‑centred care.
* Support your team through training and ongoing leadership development.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Flexible, patient, caring, organised, and capable of working with diverse people.
* Completed or working towards a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
