We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join the team. You will be the vital bridge between our tech teams, Supply Chain colleagues and third-party suppliers, ensuring our systems are reliable, efficient, and always performing.
What you’ll do:
* Service Coordination - Monitor technology service delivery across the Supply Chain to ensure maximum uptime
* Operational Partnership - Build strong relationships with Supply Chain colleagues acting as a key point of contact for all technology service escalations
* Performance Management - Track service performance against SLAs and lead regular reviews to ensure our systems meet the demands of a 24/7 operation
* Incident & Problem Management - Coordinate the resolution of technical issues, ensuring root cause analysis is completed to prevent future disruption
* Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to make our technology more efficient and user-friendly for our Supply Chain colleagues
* Supplier Liaison - Work closely with third-party partners to manage their performance and ensure they deliver against Morrisons' standards
* Change Facilitation - Support the rollout of small-scale technical changes that improve the day-to-day experience for our operational teams
You’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly, ensuring our systems are dependable and fit for the future.
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Industry Insight - Experience in IT service delivery within a fast-paced environment, ideally within Supply Chain, or a similar operational setting
* Communication Skills - The ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, simple language for our operational colleagues.
* A Problem-Solving Focus - You are proactive in identifying risks and have a natural drive to improve processes
* Process Knowledge - A solid understanding of ITIL processes and service governance
* Relationship Building - The confidence to manage multiple priorities and build trust with stakeholders across different levels of the business
* Customer Service Excellence - A passion for providing the best possible IT service experience for our frontline teams
