Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and valuations
2. Supporting the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
3. Monitoring and controlling project costs
4. Assisting with the preparation of final accounts
5. Ensuring compliance with financial and contractual regulations
6. Providing regular reports and updates to the Senior QS
What We're Looking For:
1. Residential experience is essential (experience in housebuilding, housing associations, or contracting)
2. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Proficiency in relevant software (such as COINS or similar)
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
6. A team player who can also work independently
