The Role
* Work as part of the Commercial Property team supporting solicitors on a variety of client matters
* Draft and review legal documents with appropriate supervision
* Obtain and check Land Registry and title documents
* Assist with setting up and managing project data rooms
* Deal promptly and courteously with client queries
* Prepare terms of engagement with supervision
* Support colleagues in meeting financial and compliance targets
* Build lasting relationships with clients and support business development opportunities
You
* Hold a law degree or equivalent legal qualification, or relevant paralegal experience
* Ideally have experience working in commercial property (though other property backgrounds may be considered)
* Possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Are proactive, hardworking, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working as part of a team while also showing initiative when required
* Professional, approachable, and confident when dealing with clients
