A Primary School in Willesden, Brent is recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join the school from September 2025.
This role is suited to graduates looking to gain school-based experience before progressing into teacher training or another education-related pathway.
Role Responsibilities:
* Classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Delivery of small group and one-to-one interventions
* Supporting pupils with SEND, EAL or additional learning needs
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and pupil engagement
* Supporting behaviour, routines and pupil progress
Experience You Will Gain:
* First-hand classroom experience in a Primary School
* Understanding of the Primary curriculum across key stages
* Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs
* Exposure to behaviour management strategies used in schools
* Insight into day-to-day expectations of primary teaching
Candidate Requirements:
* A completed undergraduate degree
* Interest in working in education
* Availability for a full-time, term-time role
Contract Details:
* September 2025 start
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Term-time only
* Daily rate dependent on experience
