You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, working 4 on 4 off nights and in return, you will receive a highly competitive salary of £43,620.20 per annum. The Depot Supervisor role: This is a fantastic role to really get your teeth into! Oversee all depot activities at night to ensure the smooth and efficient running of operational activities. IT literate in Microsoft Office packages and have the ability to compile, analyse and interpret relevant data Excellent written and verbal communication PPT Experience HGV Licence What skills are we looking for in our Depot Supervisor? Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and accurately, including reviewing others’ work and providing constructive support. Leads by example with a positive, professional attitude and maintains respectful working relationships. Proactive in identifying and addressing recurring issues, implementing preventative solutions rather than short-term fixes. Reliable and dependable, with a strong sense of personal responsibility and commitment to completing tasks.
