Overview
The successful candidate will be expected to participate in internal rotation of shifts. You will be a clinical role model and have a willingness to contribute to the development of the team as well as your own professional growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, passionate and motivated individual to join our busy and dynamic nursing team on the Head and Neck Ward at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford.
Responsibilities
* Participate in internal rotation of shifts.
* Act as a clinical role model and contribute to the development of the team and your own professional growth.
* Care for patients with Tracheostomies and Laranjectomies on the Head and Neck Ward.
* Develop clinical skills such as cannulation and phlebotomy.
* Undertake University Courses to support further knowledge and skills.
* Provide high standards of quality care with a caring and compassionate attitude.
* Communicate effectively (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and work well as part of a team.

* Commitment to service improvement and maintaining high standards of care.
Training & Development
We offer a period of induction and a strong commitment to training and development. You will have the opportunity to gain clinical skills such as cannulation and phlebotomy as well as specialist clinical skills relating to Head and Neck care. You will also have the opportunity to undertake University Courses to support your knowledge and skills.
