* Taking ownership for project planning, budgeting, execution and successful completion of design solutions to achieve optimal outcome for clients, navigating capital market and other transactions.

* Managing client accounts and relationships, including strategic account planning, pipeline development and identification of opportunities that contribute to the firm's success, driving growth.

* Advising on transformational events including IPOs and other equity offerings, debt offerings and private placements, acquisitions and alliances, post-deal accounting, restructurings, restatements and bankruptcies, and GAAP conversions (including IFRS–US GAAP considerations).

This role is for you if:

* You hold an ACA Qualification (or international equivalent).

* You have strong technical accounting skills, with experience in IFRS (and ideally UK GAAP).

* You have a keen interest in transactions & technical accounting and have a commitment to upholding professional standards and independence requirements, and to leading with integrity and authenticity.

* Good client management skills including the ability to support relationships with senior stakeholders & demonstrate advising on complex accounting and capital market topics, including offerings and post-deal reporting.

* Strong commercial mindset, strong project management skills & fluency with technology-enabled deliver – including the application of digital tools and data to enhance engagement execution.

* Demonstrated experience leading teams and multiple workstreams in a professional services environment, with accountability for quality, timelines and deliverables.

What you'll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
