Job Title: Content Creator
Type: Fixed-term contract (3 months, with potential renewal)
Location: Remote, Nigeria-based
Compensation: ₦75,000/month + post-contract upgrade pathway
Reports to: Head of Operations
You will develop two streams of content for Career Bridge Foundation: marketing content (blog posts, email sequences, lead magnets, the 60-day content vault) and simulation content support (helping the founder build out additional Portfolio Simulations across our nine disciplines).
This is the originator role for the Career Bridge content engine. The Content Specialists distribute and stylise; you create the raw material they work with. This is a versatile role for a strong writer who can move between marketing voice and instructional design voice. You will spend roughly 60% of your time on marketing content and 40% on simulation development support.
What you'll do
* Draft blog posts, email sequences, lead magnets, and content vault assets aligned with the Career Bridge brand voice
* Support the founder in developing simulation scenarios — researching real-world contexts, drafting prompts, sense-checking rubrics
* Provide raw material to the LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta Specialists for platform-specific adaptation
* Maintain the content calendar and asset library in ClickUp
* Contribute to a target of 6+ marketing content pieces and 1+ simulation development cycle per month

Requirements
* 2+ years of content writing or instructional design experience
* Strong written English with a versatile voice — you can write conversational marketing copy and rigorous instructional content
* A portfolio of content work to share
* Comfortable with structured frameworks (rubrics, scenario design, learning outcomes)
* Self-directed and able to manage multiple parallel content streams
* Genuine interest in education, capability development, or HR tech
