Duties
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure productivity and efficiency.
* Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
* Organising and scheduling trades across multiple properties
* Checking the quality of the workmanship
* Provide leadership by fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
* Coordinating work across the Midlands
* Managing both kitchen and bathroom installations (electrical)
Qualifications
* Proven supervisory experience in a relevant field is essential.
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
* Experience in project management methodologies.
* Electrical experience
* Solid electrical knowledge is essential.
* Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on motivating team members.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
