A Typical Day in the Job:
1. Help keep systems secure by resetting passwords, setting up logins, and making sure antivirus protection is up to date.
2. Read and follow IT guides, manuals, and diagrams to solve problems and learn how systems work.
3. Log and track IT issues using the company's helpdesk system, making sure problems are fixed quickly and recorded properly.
4. Provide support to staff and customers in person, by email, over the phone, and using remote support tools.
