37.5 hours per week (full-time) Shift pattern: Rolling rota of both day and night shifts. 4 days on, 4 days off Salary: £23,870.55 per annum (pro rota) Based in: Waterloo, Liverpool Terms: Permanent contract Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays, employer’s contributory pension scheme, EAP scheme and other generous benefits Imagine Independence is a leading third sector organisation, passionate about supporting people with mental illness, neurodiversity, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge to live as part of their community. The Role The nature of the role includes supporting individuals with budgeting, managing their tenancy, to develop life skills, to support individuals into community opportunities and supporting women to achieve their goals. Working as part of a team supporting women who have been discharged from secure services who have severe and enduring mental health diagnoses. The service delivered is a person-centred approach within a therapeutically driven environment, which puts women at the heart of their recovery.
