To be an effective Stock Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to achieve performance targets. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, challenging, but ultimately rewarding. About the Role:
The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business, ensuring our customers receive excellent online experience and customer service. You will encourage your team to meet performance targets, ensuring returned items are refunded promptly and stock is prepared for online orders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store management team in back-of-house operations and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
* Manage a team to ensure accurate stock processes in an efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
* Create an inspiring atmosphere that motivates and supports your team.
* Take a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date communication to meet business needs.
