We're currently working with a growing organisation in Northampton that is looking to add a talented 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to their internal IT team.
The role will join a support team who support the organisation across all 1st / 2nd line technical issues providing support in person, via email and remotely.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong support background who enjoys working across Microsoft technologies and wants to develop their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
As this role supports the organisations users it will require the support engineer to be onsite 4 day per week. The successful candidate will need to have access to a car to get to the client site which is not reachable by public transport.

* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support across organisations
* Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technology
* Experience supporting Windows 10/11
* Experience supporting Active Directory & Azure AD
* Experience supporting Intune / Endpoint Manager
* Experience supporting Teams & SharePoint
* Good experience of Networking & hardware troubleshooting
* Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding processes
* Experience of escalating and managing technical issues where appropriate
* Experience maintaining documentation and contributing to process improvement
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Demonstrable experience of ability to prioritise resolutions
* Experience of managing asset inventories
