About The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant you will work within the Apprenticeship Recruitment Team and will be involved in the recruitment of candidates and the placement of apprentices with employers. You will also seek new employers wishing to take on apprentices and build effective and successful relationships with employers. It is a varied and interesting position incorporating the sourcing and shortlisting of suitable candidates, managing both employers and candidates expectations and matching their requirements, whilst working to agreed deadlines and targets.
Main Responsibilities
* Meeting targets for the number of apprenticeship vacancies filled
* Interview, pre-screening candidates, and co-ordination of appointments
* Matching candidates to suitable jobs following internal recruitment and quality processes
* Maintain a live record active candidates and actively source candidates for specified employment sectors and discussing relevant opportunities.
* Actively sourcing candidates from a pool of School Leavers and Progression learners
* Support employers at each stage of the recruitment process
* Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process e.g. helping candidates to prepare CVS and for employer interviews
* Ensuring that all processes are followed in line with high quality standards
* Support Apprenticeship enrolment sessions when required.
* Writing job adverts when required
* Administration of Candidate, Vacancy and Company details via CRM/EBS systems
* Attendance at internal and external events.
What We Can Offer You
As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £31,885 - £35,849per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
