To develop the Customer Satisfaction KPI's and SLA frameworks to improve problem resolution and significantly improve customer service. To foster a culture of continuous improvement, high performance and customer-centricity within the field service and customer service teams. To lead, manage and develop the multi- national and multi-cultural team to achieve and exceed their individual and team KPI's and to further improve the after-sales function's profitability and reputation internally and externally.The Candidate This role calls for an experienced service and installation manager with: Extensive experience in managing a department/team that installs, services and maintains high value capital equipment/systems. A "hands on," customer focused and charismatic senior manager who is well used to the demands of fast moving, service led and demanding international blue-chip customers.
