Enterprise Customer Success & Strategy Lead

📍 London | 💼 Mid–Senior Level | Hybrid


Are you passionate about driving sustainability impact and building long-term enterprise relationships? We’re looking for an Enterprise Customer Success & Strategy Lead to join our London team and play a pivotal role in helping global organisations decarbonise and achieve their ESG goals.


About the Role

As an Enterprise Customer Success & Strategy Lead, you will act as a strategic advisor to our enterprise customers, helping them unlock the full value of our sustainability and carbon management software. You’ll combine customer success expertise with carbon subject matter knowledge, ensuring clients not only adopt our solutions but achieve measurable decarbonisation outcomes.


This is a high-impact role at the intersection of customer success, strategy, and sustainability consulting.


Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, leading Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) and providing tailored decarbonisation advice.
* Translate complex sustainability regulations, standards, and rating schemes into actionable strategies supported by our software platform.
* Partner with customer leadership teams to align ESG and business strategies, driving long-term engagement and measurable outcomes.
* Provide subject matter expertise on carbon accounting and sustainability best practices.
* Coach, mentor, and upskill team members to strengthen delivery capability and scale our customer success function.


About You


We’re looking for someone with a strong mix of customer-facing skills and sustainability expertise:

* Proven experience in Customer Success, Strategy, or Professional Services, ideally within SaaS, consulting, or sustainability tech.
* Solid understanding of carbon accounting, LCAs, and global ESG regulations/standards.
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical insights into strategic outcomes.
* Experience mentoring or coaching team members.
* Passionate about sustainability and making a measurable impact.
