The role will lead the performance, data, programme management and operations team partnering closely with the SVP, Private Client to drive business growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO:Develop and shape our long-term trading strategy, including the identification of new trading levers as well as how to optimise existing levers aligned with overall customer journey & proposition improvementsLead a team to gain a full, 360-degree understanding of Private Clients performance as well as the underlying factors contributing to ensure trading levers are pulled and targets are met Responsible for understanding what key decisions are required to achieve sustainable Private Client growth and influence, design and orchestrate organic and inorganic medium to long-term strategies to reach these targets. Create and execute key milestones for the delivery of the wider Private Client strategy, clearly defining key objectives and KPIs across all functional areas, to ensure strategic vision is executed Lead and develop the overall operations strategy to drive growth in line with strategic focuses and utilise levers to ensure operational excellence for all Private Client customers. Responsible for overseeing execution of key Private Client initiatives and projects initiated as part of the Private Client strategy, working closely with functional leaders and collaborating across the business.
